rooftop pool tasty drinks kind staff strong air conditioning dirty socket dirty floor
the rooftop pool was well kept. it HAD plenty of sun beds. the hotel had two amazing bars! the drinks were reasonably priced and very tasty. the staff was very kind.
The air conditioning system blew very strongly. it WAS unpleasant, even at the lowest speed. opening the socket block by the table showed it was dirty. There were corks and other objects lying around.

helpful staff high standard proactive housekeeping available refreshment
During my work trip, the staff were very helpful. Khushbir assisted with arranging travel for the morning commute. The room was always cleaned to a high standard (i found that admirable), and the cleaning staff were consistently polite.
I had to request water and refreshments be brought to the room, as these were not readily available. fresh towels required a request, it would have been great to find them in the bathroom automatically.

helpful staff high standard attentive lifeguard great gym
i really enjoyed my work stay. the staff were very helpful. khushbir arranged my morning travel. the room was cleaned to a high standard. the pool and gym were great, with attentive lifeguards and f&b team.
the air con was either super cold or hot and humid, no in between.

the front office manager, mohamed, was very helpful. kareem gave us several room options. kushbir, the concierge, was attentive. yazid allowed us a late check-out as needed.

the hotel sits between the sea and gallery mall. each is a 50-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride away. ample taxis are available outside the hotel.

ok, but laundry issues
ruined clothes lost items
the room was quite large it had a full bathroom and shower
the laundry service was a real problem for me i used it expecting good results but they ruined some new clothes and even lost some items i felt they didn't care much about it at all it's a shame because you expect better service when you pay extra

spacious room superb housekeeping service breakfast refund flickering light uncleaned room shower issue
The room was a beautiful room king bed non smoking and quite spacious. the housekeeping service was superb. They really paid attention to detail! i appreciated that they provided a refund for the last day since i had to leave early and couldn't have breakfast.
The light in the room kept flickering, a bit annoying. some days, the rooms weren't cleaned. allegedly, the do not disturb sign was on, but that wasn't the case, since we were out most of the days. That was quite concerning to me. the shower had water coming from the shower head and the top part, i couldn't turn off one part.
